These terms govern your use of subwriting.com and the script service sold on it. By using the site or engaging the service, you agree to them.
The site
subwriting.com is operated by Subwriting. Content on the site is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice.
You may browse the site for personal or business reference. You may not scrape, mirror, or republish the site’s design or copy without written permission.
The script service
A script is written from the information the client supplies: the agenda or game format, timings, sponsor reads, assets and names. The client is responsible for the accuracy of names, titles, pronunciations, sponsor copy and any required or legal reads, and for confirming the locked script before the show.
The quoted price includes one round of revisions. Changes after the script is locked are billed as agreed in writing. Scope, price and the delivery date are confirmed by email before any work begins or anything is charged.
Subwriting writes the script. Unless separately engaged, Subwriting is not the show caller, director or producer of the event and is not responsible for how the script is executed on the day.
The handbook is sold through Gumroad under Gumroad’s terms. Refunds for it are as stated on the handbook page.

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access or that every page is error-free.
