ApplyThe Rewrite
Homepage, pricing, one product page and your onboarding emails. Four weeks. Two spots a month.
ApplyRetainer
New pages, tests and email copy every month. Usually replies within 1 business day. Three-month minimum.
ApplyBuilds are quoted from your application. Care plans are optional. You pay once you've approved the quote. Book a Page Rewrite or The Rewrite within 30 days of your Roast and the full $149 comes off the price.
Care, an optional add-on
You'll never log into your website again. Email us the change. We do it.
Care is optional and quoted with your build: hosting, backups and small updates by email.
What counts as a small update?
Anything on your existing site we can do in about 30 minutes. New hours, prices, photos, staff, service areas, reviews or a holiday notice. Send as many as you like, one per email.
New pages, new features, online booking or payments, a redesign, logos and SEO campaigns get a fixed quote in writing first. Nothing starts until you say yes.
What if the site breaks?
If it goes down or a form stops working, we start on it within four business hours. Fixing our own mistakes is always free.
Do I need a care plan?
No. Care plans are optional. Without one, the site is yours to host and update however you like. With one, you email us and it's done.
Can I leave?
Yes. Care plans are month to month. Cancel anytime by email; billing stops at the end of the period. Your domain and your words stay yours, and we hand over the site files.
